I'll be publishing the distance i travel on me pushbike each time i go out on it simply hoping it encourages me to do more miles more often!

17.76 miles today which was good considering it was windy all the way down the Rainford By Pass and raining all the way back!

20.7 miles today at a price though.
To my shame I fell off the thing outside the Griffin pub with a few onlookers for an audience. I'm now the proud owner of a sore knee, shoulder and ego!  |

nobody has owned up to videoing yet!
23 miles today which was hard work due to a really windy East Lancs Rd/Rainford By Pass. I'll be hoping for a minimum 25 miles on me next turn out! |

Another late entry.
25.88 miles yesterday. First time as an adult (so to speak) ive past the 25 barrier. I'll be sticking around this mark for a few weeks before trying for 30! |
