I knew that hamburgers(£8),hot dogs(£6.50)pies(£4.50) etc were going to be expensive at the new Wembley Stadium.
Seemingly only made from the best of ingredients.(Yeah right).

But your a packet of crisps as advertised by Gary Lineker are costing a pound a packet.

One assumes that that they will not be the common or garden crisps that one buys at our local shop.

Yes I know we have a choice whether we buy them at that price or not,but I would be interested in the justification for such a cost. Funny though as we are not allowed to take our own refreshments in...

Thsi is a total rip off.... why don't we reduce players wages to pay for it, after all a team is only as good as the the fans who pay for it !!!!

Haha common or garden crisps, that tickled me.

Not only is the cost of food an outrage at wembley so is the turf. As shown in Evertons game to Man United it was tearing to peices.

Things like this really annoy me. They hike the prices up because they know they have a captive audience, who have no choice other than to stump up unless they want to starve/thirst all day. The cinema is exactly the same... you pay a small fortune get in, for the privelege of being hammered by extortionate food/drink prices.

It's bad enough for one person, but when you consider the cost for the average family with two or three kids, it's even worse. I feel sorry for parents these days. They can't take their kids anywhere without being ripped off left, right and centre.
