How do you make a comment for an article?

Firstly you need to register as a member, if you are already registered you need to login. At the bottom of the article is a button marked 'Post Comment'. Click on that button then scroll down to the bottom of the article again. You can then enter your comment and submit it by clicking the 'Submit' button.
