Glow Ghosts released July 14, 2016
Glow Ghosts is released for Marilyn Roxie’s Vulpiano Records on Net Label Day. This is released ahead of Sandalphon on Small Bear Records on the Autumnal Equinox in September 2016.
I hope Glow Ghosts haunt you wherever you go.
This album was entirely written and conceived by Dan Shea and then narrowed down and sequenced by Marilyn Roxie.
Artwork also by Marilyn Roxie whose Vulpiano net label this was conceived for.
Happy netlabel day! Rather than queue up for ages, just click a button. You don’t get fancy packaging but Vulpiano Records has released two fantastic releases today: one of them is, of course, my Glow Ghosts – a 13 track assembly of things I’ve been doing over the last few years from guitar led polemics to electronic lullabies, with some great “nostalgia for the future” artwork from label head Marilyn Roxie.
Also available though is a mammoth release from Natural Snow Buildings that was delivered across 6 discs, they really don’t do things by halves. I love Natural Snow Buildings so it’s an honour to be releasing something on the same day on the same label as them.
A Netlabel Day 2016 Special Release
I am very proud to offer the latest album from Neurotic Wreck on Vulpiano Records: Glow Ghosts. Glow Ghosts has a little bit of everything that sole force Dan Wreck behind the musical project has on offer – sultry synth pop, girl-group inspired broken heart anthems, and sweet acoustic crooning. Recommended if you like Gary Numan, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Durutti Column. Neurotic Wreck has two previous Vulpiano releases: Priceless, Bloody Priceless and I’m Laura Palmer.

A demon boy-toy, an erotic nightmare. Music video for “Tell Me What To Swallow” from Neurotic Wreck’s Glow Ghosts on Vulpiano Records. Shot at an abandoned island retreat in Second Life.
“Actually erotic and completely spooky/mind-fucky at the same time. I’ve never seen anything like it.” – Dennis Cooper
